Yamaha FG-B1
The Yamaha FG-B1 is a limited-edition all-bamboo acoustic guitar produced from 1999 to 2015 in Taiwan, featuring a bamboo top, back, sides, and neck, with a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and gold die-cast tuners. Some examples were made with mahogany necks instead. The voice is mellow and quieter than a wooden dreadnought, with a clean, clear character suited to low-volume practice and recording. Brass bridge pins are standard. Units from this era carry a white oval label.
