Yamaha FG-512II
The Yamaha FG-512II is a twelve-string flattop produced from 1981 to 1985, built with a spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides on a mahogany neck. Japanese-made examples carry an orange label, used on domestic-market guitars from 1974 to 1985, while Taiwanese examples carry a white oval label, the standard for Taiwan production from 1977 to 2001. Checking the label style is the most reliable way to determine origin.
