Yamaha FG-440-12

The Yamaha FG-440-12 is a 12-string acoustic guitar produced from 1985 to 1989, built with a spruce top and mahogany back, sides, and neck. Two label variants exist: an orange label associated with Japan-only production through 1985, and a white oval label used for Taiwan production from 1977 through 2001. Units made early in the production run carried the Dove logo, which was replaced by the Leaf logo in 1987. No notable players are documented.
