Yamaha FG-430
The Yamaha FG-430 is a dreadnought produced from 1985 to 1989, built with a spruce top, toog back and sides, and a nato neck. guitars produced in Japan during this period carry an orange label, while Taiwan-built examples carry a white oval label. Owners describe it as the poor man's Martin D-18, with a big projecting voice that fills a room and tasteful inlays around the soundhole and fret markers that lift it visually above the cheaper FGs of the era.
