Yamaha FG-335E

The Yamaha FG-335E is a dreadnought acoustic-electric produced from 1981 to 1985, fitted with Yamaha's System 1 pickup. The top is spruce, with mahogany back and sides and a nato neck. Guitars carrying an orange label were built in Japan, a label era that ran from 1974 to 1985; those with a white oval label were made in Taiwan under a scheme used from 1977 to 2001, and the label type is the most reliable way to determine origin.
