Yamaha FG-30LTD
The Yamaha FG-30LTD is a thirtieth-anniversary reissue of the FG-180, built in Taiwan from 1995 to 1997 with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a mahogany neck. Production was tightly limited — approximately thirty units for the US market with a small additional run for Europe — making it genuinely scarce rather than a standard late-era model. Guitars from this period carry the white oval label used on Taiwanese instruments from 1977 through 2001, which helps confirm authenticity and date any example that surfaces.
